This is an AU version to Why Did You Leave Us Too? After being left behind by both their parents and their older sister Ava, 12 year old Carlos and newborn Mal are now basically on their own as the only person in charge is their older cousin Jay that is barely around and hangs out with a bad crew and Carlos must now be more than just an older brother as he is now the only one left to take care of his newborn sister despite the fact that he is still a kid himself. But when it gets too much Ava finally puts away her idea of no responsibility and steps back up again. Having to take on the responsibility of care taker while still being only 18 and trying to get through college.All Rights Reserved
