Tamotsu Rei, a girl who decides to learn the complex and difficult breathing style of her village. The Yokai Breathing Technique. Only the strongest slayers of her clan managed to complete the breathing style. After she learned half of the technique, she decides to learn the other forms by traveling outside her village. While traveling, she met the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps., Kagaya Ubuyashiki. Who decides to take her in while she is learning the other forms of her breathing technique. On her journey, she met wonderful people with unique personalities.

Her goal? To be one of those slayers to complete the Yokai Breathing and kill the father demon of all, Muzan Kibutsuji
