Strange things are happening in Brass City as a virus has broken out and is turning people into anthropomorphic Pokemon. It all starts with a teenager now named Wendy Pines, who has become a Joltik. Life's going to change a lot of thanks to this virus, and not just for the people but Pokemon too.
