I have mastered lucid dreaming and astral projection for almost 1 year and I can firmly say lucid dreaming is not for the faint of heart.
It was the day before the lunar eclipse. And I regretted to have to lucid dream that day. I drifted off in a realm I have never seen before and I was having no control over the dream whatsoever.
Finally after hearing all the strange voices Im in a house which I remember I stayed before and I see my late grandfather in front of me whom I wanted to ask all the questions in my head. Starting from "Am I dead ?"
