Izuku Midoriya is a poor boy who dreams big. He's set his sights on becoming an epidemiologist and helping the world by analyzing how to prevent diseases. Hero of Grace - Dekiru
This is the story of Izuku Midoriya otherwise known as Dekiru! Izuku meets All Might three years earlier than UA and this leads to him gaining OFA sooner. This allows him to gain a better body suited to controlling OFA and access to full cowling since Izuku is smarter here than canon. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Inko Midoriya died due to undiagnosed cancer during the first year of training. All Might adopted Izuku since it would be the Bakugo's that would take him in.
