𝐍𝐎𝐀𝐇 𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐎𝐍 was one of 𝐇𝐘𝐃𝐑𝐀'S most recent experiments, as well as one of the must successful since 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐕𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐒. They weren't sure where they were going with him until 𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐊𝐔𝐋𝐋 himself used his new gained powers to his advantage. He used it for a very long time. That is, until both 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃 and 𝐋𝐎𝐊𝐈 𝐋𝐀𝐔𝐅𝐄𝐘𝐒𝐎𝐍 heard of him.
