Ever since Lily Evans, the love of Severus Snape's life died, Severus had not felt any love or hope in his life. Lily was the light of his life, with her death, the light in his life was gone and his life got filled with darkness. Until he met Dobby.
The story takes place in the summer before Harry Potter's fourth year when Dobby just got a job at Hogwarts.
It's a year filled with love, happiness, heartbreak and jealousy.

"Do you love me more than Lily Potter, or am I just your second alternative?" Dobby said with tears in his eyes.
"I love you more than her Dobby, and I always have since the day I first saw your beautiful face." Snape answered with a calm in his voice.
"Always?" Dobby asked.
"Always." Snape answered and gave Dobby a smile.
Then their lips were glued together and they kissed like they never had done before.
