The story of "Dear Toni, I admire you" revolves around the life of a hopeless romantic and happy-go-lucky college student Luke Christian Alvarez who's taking Bachelor of Arts in Photography.
Now on his senior year, Luke met a head-turner freshman, Christine "Toni" Mendiola who's also taking the same college degree (course). Luke became attracted to Toni and that took him to a wish and that is to spend a day with Toni. But how is it possible if Toni is now committed to her boyfriend?
