When Todd's neighbor has a ghost in her apartment Dirk and Todd come to solve the case. Except they solved it much sooner than they anticipated, at least part of it. The universe is just getting started. This is just the tip of the iceberg, actually, no. It's the whole iceberg in the Arctic Ocean.
