With the decline in his health, he's unsure if he can handle becoming an Autobot, or let alone handle the truth he's been hiding or the past friends he has to face. Nothing can prepare him though for the sudden life he created, unaware and the reason for his decline. Now with a sparkling in the mix, he has never felt so unsure about his future than he did now. TL;DR - Starscream ends up leaving the Decepticons with his brothers only to end up in Autobot care when his health suddenly declines. When he learns it's because of an unplanned sparkling.
