DreamTale was the home of two Guardians; Nightmare and Dream, Negativity and Positivity. The Tree of Feelings carried to different apples that resembled the two; Negativity apples and Positivity apples. Together, the two brothers protected the tree from harm and dismay.
But sadly, one of the brother's wasn't treated fairly. Night was always treated down and wrongly for being the Guardian or Negativity, something that he couldn't control. His brother, Dream, was loved and looked upon because he was the Guardian of Positivity, and he didn't even notice the torture his brother went through. Night never told Dream, scared that if Dream protected him he would be bullied and treated down as well.
The two brothers' bond started to break when Night began shielding himself from the world. In the process, he created a strong Negative feeling that created a being that would change Night's life forever...
