Who was ever afraid of the dark when they were young? Who was ever told by their parents that monsters don't exist under your bed or in the dark? Well, buckle up and get ready to hear that they lied. There are monsters living in the dark, not under your bed but they live in the darkest shadows around the world. They wait, and they prey on their next victims. We are safe, as long as you stay in the light that is.

So what happens when the whole world suddenly gets a blackout? No light, no back up generator, nothing at all. These monsters will have free advantage to roam and kill anyone that gets in their way.

Remember those stories you were told as a small child, perhaps by an older sibling or friend? Ones about creatures that lurk in the shadows just waiting to attack. They were told to terrify us and it would work. Sometimes you would lay awake in bed afraid to fall asleep, then a parent would calm you down and assure you that in no way were the stories real. You would then relax, trusting your parent's judgment. That's how things use to be, but only too late now have we realised those scary stories are very much alive. Cover created by Chavalo218
