Trevor has never liked following the rules. This distain for authority landed him serving community service. His job is to clean around the abandoned asylum in his hometown. The asylum is known as "Hell on Earth" by many citizens of the town and former patients of the mysterious asylum. When Trevor meets fellow juvenile delinquent Natalie, he learns of the legend of the Deranged Woman. As Trevor explores the asylum with Natalie and few of her friends, will he come face to face with the infamous legend? Or is it all hoax?
