This is a short story that I've written during a depressive episode. I usually find that I can describe how I feel better when put into different words!
So even though I'm pretending that this is a story, it isn't really. But turning it into a story seems a great alternative to actually talking to someone about it :)

My First Challenge And Tool - Accepting My Depression
After enduring the depths of depression, I can now say with conviction: "I am not a depressed person. I have depression-it's a disease, not a choice, and it does not define me."
