She hoped, that when it was all over, she could live a normal life and raise her daughter. But, of course, life won't allow that. The day before she gets released, a magician opens a portal and she's dragged right back into the hero life. She didn't want it of course. But the universe needed her. So she fought. Maybe not as hard as she could've. - "You know, I'd offer to cook you dinner, but you seem pretty miserable already," I looked over to see Steve leaned against the doorway. "It's today, isn't it?" He asked. "Bingo, Rogers. She would've been 8 today," I said. "You here to do your laundry?" I asked, standing back up and pulling out two mugs. "I'm here to see some friends," He said. He hated her. The way she completely disregarded any orders, extremely reckless and seemed to enjoy tormenting him the most. She was not an Avenger nor did she want to be one, so why was she here? Everyone knows, there's a fine line, between love and hate.
