Being Head Witch of an entire city is less leader-ing than the job title would have one think; it's more a fine blend of disciplinary work, keeping the entire 'magic thing' under wraps, vetting new witches and directing them to the guidance they need, and keeping track of magic layering tomes. And goddamn it all, her partner just managed to disappear at the wrong time; right after finding and apprehending a particularly violent newfound witch flexing his newfound magic, and right before it was time to take care of the tome that caused it all.
