I love her, but she wants to leave...
"Why do you want to leave?! You have a fucking future here, you have people that love you here, you have me here!" My voice cracked as I said the last part. Her eyes went wide, glistening with tears, unable to say anything. We stood in silence.
"I love you kat. You know that... but-" she turned away from me, opening my balcony door. The sky had a purple hue and there was a slight breeze.
She turned around again, finally facing me. With tears streaming down her face, she gave me a broken smile.
And with her next words, my heart felt heavy...
