The villains force Denki to act as a villain out side of his school life, He hates it but he does it to protect the people he cares about most. Denki is also known as Black Bullet. His outfit a metal jump suit black with yellow lightning bolts. His helmet simular to a futuristic black plague mask. Denki always wears an ear piece so he can hear the others. All the captives have 'captive' and their captive number tattooed on their neck.
What happens when something happens to the small friend group Denki has and now he just feels like letting go?
