THE ONLY REASON I HAVEN'T TAKEN THIS DOWN IS SENTIMENTALITY. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sophia Dawn is a nerd that is bullied on a daily basis until she starts hanging out with 4 other social outcasts. When her invention at the science fair gets sabotaged and explodes, all five of them, herself, Liz Thorn, Jake Light, Mike Sharp and Charlie King gain superpowers. ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~- I am Greek, so if you notice any grammatical or vocabulary mistakes, please don't be rude about it! Just tell me in the comments and I will correct them. Also, this is the first story I publish and I know it is lame, but I do it for the experience. I know it is horrible and everything goes really fast and slow at the same time and there are plot-holes and so many other damn things that I can't count at the moment... Anyway. I hope you won't be too harsh, as I told you I am here for the experience and harsh comments are bound to exist. I can't prevent you from posting them, just please make them as little hurtful as possible, not only for me, but also for yourselves. I really hate blocking people. Left for Dead (book 1 in the Super Nova series)
So this is a story I wrote about a girl named Nova. She lives in a world where everyone has a supernatural power. Nova is 13, and if a person's power doesn't show by the time they're 14, they're given to the Government to either be tested or killed. The Government basically makes all the decisions for the whole country. So, Nova's 13, and she still hasn't discovered her powers. When her birthday comes, she still has no power. She can either be sent to the Government, for either testing or death, or she can risk her life running away. I created this story, I created these characters, the characters and the plot are mine. This story is written in first person (using I, we, us, etc.) Also, this is going to be my story for the #justwriteit challenge Also, the idea for this story was given to me by one of my best friends, @minewtlover14Concluida
