"Writing without revising is the literary equivalent of waltzing gaily out of the house in your underwear." - Patricia Fuller. Editing your work is one of the most important things to do when writing. Unedited work turns readers away, as it's hard to read. However, editing is also the hardest part of writing. Though grammar may be a blessing when you're reading, it's oh-so-confusing when you're editing. Does the comma go here, or there? Should that be a question mark or period? Other times, as an author, you can't tell if there are plot holes, or if the cover looks intriguing. Do the chapters flow together? Are the chapters boring? Would a reader enjoy reading them? Well, you're in luck! The Writist Society can help you edit your work! Hop inside, take a look around, and, if you like what you see, request an editor!
