Death is supposed to be a pleasant thing, according to most people. But some are taken, innocent lives are taken each and everyday. Some say you see a bright light when you die. My life was taken from me. I had a horrible death and I didn't see a light.. Instead of asking a whole bunch of questions, let me tell you my story instead. Let me tell you right now, this is not a pleasant story. It will not be so happy and bright. So, I'm just saying, beware because your about to enter a life changing story.


Crimson Rose is a only child and her parents past away. She has a horrible life and social life but a loving stepmom. Crimson isn't really a love able and social person, after her parents died she just shut down. When she has a weird dream of her dead mother telling her she isn't normal. She ignores it but, on her eighteenth birthday, she is changed. She thinks her life is hard now, well it's about to get a hundred times harder.

She might starve or freeze to death but she'll be free. Then one day three men come after her, intent on forcing her and beating her for what little she has. Before one of them does more than grab her arm the three are gone. Helen looks down and finds them on the ground with their hearts torn out of the bodies. She looks at the person that did that in horror but then her sight goes black.

He sees a girl who's been wronged by the world left and right. He sees a girl who cares music more than she cares about her own life. He sees a person who needs love. But not everyone who you try to save ends up being saved in the end. Sometimes it's just too late. As Kira always says ,"Happily ever after was so once upon a time." This book does not promote self harm or suicide. And it also doesn't romanticize it. Please do be aware if you can't deal with blood this book does get descriptive (Partly true) and I will be explaining what scars, burns and wounds look like and the pain felt for them. This book is more themed in the future than it is nowadays. You may also find some technology that is more futuristic, and there are things talking about the past. Most of the book is switching between views of the main characters. We want you to expect the unexpected in this book, for example: Most books don't kill off the main character, we want you to think we will kill off one of them. Most of the characters in this will have birthdays and age in the background and it may not be written. There will be more books coming out so we will end this one on a cliffhanger.
