Jessica Howling Wolf has been alive and serving the Goddess for five thousand years; she's a brilliant woman with the true heart of a wolf and the beauty of the Goddess herself.
Cane Howling Wolf, or as Jessica aptly calls him "Death", is just that death. He has been here since the first human crept around on the young earth, and has been a disciple since the very beginning. When Jessie first joined the order he was drawn to the big-eyed, wise-beyond-her-years wolf, and they quickly became family.
After an incident that made them leave their last town, they have relocated to a supposedly sleepy little town backed right up to the forest. Too bad for them that that "sleepy little town" is vampire central. But who knows, their might just be a few redeeming qualities that will keep Jessie and Cane... occupied.
