Kira Bakugou is Katsuki Bakugou's sister. Well that's what people say anyways. Kira was saved by the famous All Might then adopted my Katsuki's parents. She was kidnapped when her parents died fighting for her life. She was experimented on to be the worlds greatest weapon...a weapon to kill All Might. Kira is only a few months younger then Katsuki so they are in the same grade but Kira is much more powerful. But Katsuki has never been one to be jealous over his sister as they are especially close. He has a short temper and she is full of sas. All Might took a liking to Kira. He's always training her and making her stronger because the people he saved her from are still after her...

What happens when she started at U.A. And meets a bicolored hair boy?
