Borderline Personality Disorder or BPD, is a mental illness that affects roughly 2% of the United States population. This is about 6,564,000 people. BPD is not very commonly talked about. On the rare occasion that it is talked about, there is usually a very negative connotation surrounding not only the illness itself, but also the people who have it. I have written this book, as a way to step out of the silence, and show all sides of BPD. I am sharing personal experiences, quotes from others, facts, and statistics. (All sources will be cited).
