There is a secret organization similar to that of the Secret Service, but to many it is thought of as a myth.
Fifty years after the Secret Service was formed, another group was on the rise; a group of assassin's, trained from the moment they could walk to finish a mission. A rule was formed within the Secret Service and CIA, if you had children below the age of five, then they would be required to be trained as an assassin, and spend at least six years carrying out missions in the field before they could go to another job.
