As the bottom seed for the finals, he gets placed in the 8th lane and has lots to overcome to accomplish his life long dream of winning gold at the Olympics. Journey through his past as he struggled with coaches he disagreed with and "rivals" way better than him that probably didn't even know his name. Love, success, failure, and pursuing his dream, John Winkatsu surely is an odd individual.
