Emily Faith Anderson is a shy girl who gets beaten, she's been beaten since her mother died at the age of five. Her dad died before she was born so she never met him, she only knows her stepfather Greg and older step-brother James. Emily loves to sing, she's been doing it since she could talk, the only person who knew was her mother. Emily gets bullied at school by almost everybody there, with her stepbrother popular he just makes it worse. Emily is known as the nerd at her school, everybody forcing her to do there homework for them, and she does it. It isn't until a certain quarterback notices her singing alone in the music room does she get noticed.
Jackson Grey Smith, one of the school's most popular kids. He's the star quarterback and co-captain along with James, he's bestfriends with James yet had no idea of his slightly younger step-sister. Jackson comes from a rich family, with both of his parents as lawyers, his older sister going to school to become a surgeon, and his little sister who is just learning how to walk. Jackson doesn't really notice this ball of brokenness until he finds her singing to herself alone in the music room.
Follow Emily and Jackson on the adventure that will have them falling in love.
