The Terrion invasion had wrecked the kingdom of Ohen. The war ended with a tragic loss to the kingdom. It came as a huge shock. Terrions were from a clan known among the people of Ohen as "The Unfavoured " Unable to conjure flames or show any abilities of the pyros they were thought to be ignored by the gods. They were seen as low born.

The sudden invasion had revealed that the powerless 'unfavoured' were indeed far more powerful. They held a parasitic power to drain any magic from their opponent making them powerless. With that they could gain access to any power they desired.

Many Ohenians fled their homeland. But the few who could not escape are exploited at the hands of this ruthless leader and his cruel subjects.

The unfavored now get everything that they once lacked. Unlimited supply of pyro powers that they forcefully extract from the enslaved pyros to fuel their own malicious power. The native Pyros now live in separate quarters in pathetic conditions. None are allowed to own lavish property or come anywhere near the Terrion blocks.

The war ground still stands with the ruins of the Queen's castle and the skeletal remains of the martyred soldiers. Believed to be haunted , none dare to walk on or even come close to it. A perfect place to house a rebellion. "The Dome" is a structure Hidden underneath the 'haunted' war ground housing an army of rebels plotting to reclaim their homeland and save it from the brink of Catastrophe.

Human beings have never known the existence of the pyros or any being of magic. However, the town of Shadowden lies a little too close to magic. This town lies at the borders of Ohen the magical land of the pyros and beings only known to the humans in their imaginary tales.
Auryn is an orphan growing up in an orphanage in shadowden. How is she linked to Ohen? Well....
