Harry and Louis find themselves in America treating Harry's RGS. Louis, now in the midst of his career as a doctor is determined to find a cure for Harry. When other symptoms arise in his boyfriend he realizes that RGS may not be the only disorder Harry deals with.
A story told through some of Harry's journal entries will reveal some of the truth that Louis is determined to investigate.
