A Descendants Au.  Rated T?  Not PG 13 but it just goes more into detail than the shows about abuse and the horrors of the Isle.

Carlos is shocked to hear from Fairy Godmother that he has a twin.  His mother never even mentioned his father, so he supposed she wouldn't have mentioned a twin.  He decides that he is going to go to the Isle to find his twin.

It has a Vk day, but it takes place before Dizzy and the others.  They will be the third line of Vks instead of the second.

So to get them back, Evie, Jay, Carlos, and Ben go to the Isle in hopes of saving Bianca and Mal but they soon meet some trouble. When they get there, they find out that Uma, daughter of Ursula, is now the self proclaimed Queen. Then of all things, Ben is captured but Uma and her pirate crew. These VKs are going to go through a lot of trouble to make no new villains rise and over throw Auradon. A lot of fighting, a lot of singing and dancing, but what's not to love. Join these adventurers on the journey back to the Isle of the Lost.

Even Maleficent don't know that you're a princess let alone Belles Daughter. Only uma knows you're the princess no one else in her gang.
