In this short story a Victorian girl terrorizes a family from beyond the grave, and has fun doing it.

There is some blood/gore due to the fact the protagonist is dead, and was shot. There are some scary/creepy/stressful situations in this later into the story. It could definitely give one the feeling of being watched. This is from the position of the person watching others though they are also possibly watched.
