Merlin is a troublesome, eighteen year old boy that is just trying to get through his senior year of high school as lazily as he can. So far, it was working; until he meets his new English Literature teacher - Arthur James. Arthur manages to completely flip Merlin's world upside down. Not only was Arthur young and attractive, Arthur seemed genuinely concerned and interested in Merlin's life and schoolwork. To Merlin, Arthur wasn't like the other teachers in the school. He manages to show Merlin a whole new world - one he never thought was possible. Now, Merlin's outlook on everything was slowly starting to change; but how long will this new fascination last?

And what's even more unfortunate is that while Arthur is betrothed to another woman... Guinevere, a woman of true virtue... he cannot shake the feelings he soon develops for a man. A Druid... a Sorcerer no less. Arthur hadn't expected the man to appear with such good looks, nor such mischief and mayhem that could rock the noble's plans of ruling over Britain as its true King.

Before you read the description of my book, I want to give a few quick disclaimers. The first one is that most of the chapters aren't very long, so the 60 chapters isn't as intimidating to read as it may seem. Second, my story does include the following things that some people may be uncomfortable reading. Cursing/Swearing. Violence, Sex Jokes, Homophobia, And child abuse. Specifically, Name calling, a few things thrown at the child, and scenes with violance against teens)I would give examples directly from the book that would make more sense, but I don't want to give any spoilers for future. I also wanted to say that there isn't anything like sex scenes or suicide, but this isn't for kids either. I won't be using the mature rating because it is not directly made for adults, or young kids. Again, it all depends on what you are aloud to read, or what you are comfortable with reading. Now with that out of the way, lets get to the description for the story itself. She never cared. That's what Hayden Hawksley thinks about his mother, and he wasn't wrong. After all of the years he was abandoned for Catherine's hook ups with men and bars he came to the realization that it wasn't to get money for the two of them, or to save up for something. Finally one day his mother gets tired of him being home due to his lack of friends and bullies and sends him to a Boarding school for kids in High School named: 'Emerald Boarding High'. Merthur AU (angel!Merlin and human!Arthur). Merlin is a young angel and doesn't understand many things. When he discovers a pond in heaven through which he can see Earth though, everything changes. For the first time, he sees a human - Arthur Pendragon. And from that moment he knows that he wants to protect him. When Arthur is in danger, Merlin accidentally ends up on Earth while trying to help him. Now he must stay in Camelot and befriend Arthur until other angels find him and bring him home.
