"I really do love you." She says.
My eyes widen and I stare at her for awhile. My tears fall down my cheek.
"Yeah, yeah I know. I love you too." I say.
"I just can't stay." I add.
"It's time for me to go."
I smile at her. She wipes my tears.
"This isn't the end for us, right?" She sniffles.
"We'll just have to see." I reply.
"Bye, Mr. Blue suit." She says.
"I'll see you around, Carter."

I open the drink and look at it as if it were the most interesting thing in the world. I sigh, it's a habit now, and take a gulp. "So?" You ask again. I put the drink on a table next to your bed and sit properly. "I don't know." I say honestly. You didn't seem fazed but you did seem a bit confused. "What do you mean you don't know?" I shrug and decide that the floor is the next best thing to look at. "I like you." I laugh at this and see you don't. "Don't say that. You don't like me. You don't."
