Seven years ago my dad joined the scariest job ever , the army . One morning I woke up to go to school but then my mum stopped me , she said "Emily we are going on a road trip" I replied "ROAD TRIP , to where" she then told me to pack everything I had . A few hours later while I was packing with my mum my dad and my brother walked in , we all sat down and my dad started to tremble his words , I said "is everything ok" he said "of course dear" he was talking about the army , after I heard him say that word I then started to panic and could hear shots and people screaming , I shouted to my dad "YOU CANT" he didn't answer after that , he just walked out my room with my mum while me and my brother were crying our eyes out . The next day I still had that feeling where you feel like you can't stand or talk , my dad walked in and had a serious talk with me he started like "hi dear , the only places I'll be going in the army is Kenya and Afghanistan" my heart started to pound and I screamed
