He stared in complete and utter disbelief.
He could hardly fathom what was happening, well it's not that he couldn't it's that he was too blind and stupid to see the signs and he felt utterly retarded because of that.
He had misinterpreted the feelings he had entirely, completely miss reading his own attraction to her, he had stupidly deemed that the attraction he had toward her was not Love but rather Hate.
