As Kai's time as a ninja, he always heard these comments and he couldn't do anything about it so he has to bottle his feelings whenever people say this. One day when he was on a mission with Cole to save some adventurous that got stuck in a narrow cave a disaster struck on Kai. After the mission Cole got all the thanks and Kai got none, Cole was the only one who truly understood what happened. Kai gets sick of how he is being treated and leaves to have a walk to take his mind off of things... but then he meets someone he didn't expect to meet... The elemental wolves stand out by the unique eyes they have. The first thing they learn is to mask their eyes, so they can blend in with others so harm doesn't come their way. With Aura being able to mask her eyes it makes her feel as close to normal as she can be.
