It's also written that the eyes are the gateway to a person's soul. So when you're faced with looking into someone's eyes that have nothing, does that mean they have no soul? that they are heartless? Maybe both are true, but I will stop at nothing to not only make him have nothing, but he will also be nothing. When you have everything you want, how do you hold onto it? How do you believe that it's always going to be there? How do you know it's even real? I need to trust my heart, I need to have faith. But it only takes one seed of doubt for it all to disappear. Is it really that fragile? My mother once told me that too love someone and be loved equally in return is a gift. My father always told me that life is a gift. Both are precious gifts.
