Jaune Arc, weak, scraggly, and overall unimpressive these sorts of views weren't new not by any means all his life he'd heard this being one of the weakest decedents of the Arc family in centuries, but he wanted a change, a chance too be something better too be someone his family could trust, even if getting to such levels came at a cost.

And boy did it, on the first day finally after getting to Beacon Academy he paid such a cost to prove himself, he also lost himself believing he chose the right thing even as his partner pumped him with her aura the hole in his chest slowly closing and the blood pouring.

If only he could figure out where he was now.

As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. Where other men are limited by morality or law, Remember, everything is permitted. We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins." Key factors about this story: 1. Each sequence is the main story. 2. Lost sequences are stuff that either happened before or things that I forgot to add at some point, so they're cannon and probably are important to the story. After Jaune's transcripts were revealed by Cardin Winchester, everyone betrayed him and his entire family disowned him... well everyone except Blake Belladonna, who is still friends with Jaune since she didn't want to feel like a hypocrite due to her past. Blake began to train Jaune so his fighting skills can be improved in combat and overtime, they began to develop feelings and confessed their newly developed love to each other, then kissed passionately. Then one day, Jaune is seen at the edge of a cliff, trying to unlock his semblance and eventually, he unlocked something in him..... But it was not a semblance at all because when he saw Grimm behind him acting scared of Jaune, he saw that his skin changed from normal human skin to a pinkish red skin color, meaning that he has become an INCUBUS!!! After his transformation, a portal opened up and sucked him through, sending him to the Goetia Castle, where he met Octavia and allowed Jaune to stay with her since he basically has nowhere else to go. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.
