Stiles can't sleep, and if he told enough people that was all it was, maybe he would start to believe it. Still, as tensions were rising about them losing their territory he couldn't bother them with something he didn't even fully understand. Maybe he just needed something fun and easy to help him relax. Like the hot neighbor that he keeps catching staring at him. Derek can't sleep, and if he cleans his house enough maybe people won't realize how he doesn't care enough to clean up other parts of his life. Who knew running away from girls would be so difficult ? It's almost impossible when you're in a school mostly made up of girls . "I'm not making friends with any girl at all or even talk to them . I don't want to risk falling in love again" . I could feel my heart trying to tell me something that I did not understand . My heart was saying something and whatever it was saying was going to change something in my life . Something special about this new friend and I have no idea what.

This is a series of short stories inspired by a friend. After buying a new house his mom found a letter (random scribbling?) left behind in a back closet. The scrap of folded paper had warnings about demons that lived in the walls and forced him to sell his house. Needless to say it was an unsettling discovery. Pair that with my own personal experience of buying a house sight unseen and moving (literally) halfway across the country in the middle of a pandemic I had enough material to put together a short collection of stories. Each story opens with an item discovered in a house followed by either the origin of the item or the discovery of the item. All focus around the experience of someone moving. I write these for fun (there are more coming, just editing at the moment) and my own entertainment during the time of social distancing. I hope you find something relatable or at the very least gets you thinking. Enjoy! PS - Although I would not consider this overly graphic there are some more mature scenes and use of adult language.
