i started this book when i was ig you can say feeling low and it really helped me channel my emotions so though going back and reading this i may cringe at how some things are written, i will forever be thankful to my past self for finding an alternative sooner instead of continuing to inflicting harm on myself. i really do regret what ive done and wish I'd never done it but it's happened and it's engraved in my skin as a reminder of my dark times and that I've managed to make it through.
