So basically Izuku's mom died because she got caught in the cross fires of a battle between some Hero's and a villian, and his dad Hisashi lives in America, but Izuku didn't want to leave Japan, but then the class grows a bit distant of him and one day something happens that makes him rethink staying in Japan..

Eiko Chihara and Izuku Midoriya had been inseparable as kids, bonded by their shared dream of becoming heroes together one day.
