Valen Amaris was your everyday, average Nightblood Fae. Of course, aside from being an assassin in the Guild of Vipers, a Shadow Walker and having everything she knew and loved ripped away from her. She was your typical blood soaked 26 year old who drank too much and loved the little family she had created.
She knew too many secrets, was too good at not getting caught. The Guild of Vipers had caught the attention of forces they were not equipped to handle.
