This is a story I started on AO3 in March. You might find this story very familiar. If so then you've read Miraculous Justice copy and pasted by KeilahAgreste my story. They have taken it down and I am going to post updates on both sites.
Lila made good on her promise. Marinette has lost all her friends. Though she has found friendship with Chloe. But you know the good thing about having nothing? You get to stop caring. So if Lila wants a little monster to cry about....well she's going to get one. But closing yourself off is a slippery slope. The class goes to Gotham for an exchange program(because that's how Daminette stories go) Damian sees Marinette closing herself off and it reminds him of how he used to be. And he would never wish that on anyone. Will he be able to help Marinette?

Marinette and Damian grew up in the league together, him the heir to the demon and her his beloved. They were inseperatable, always together weather in training or sleep, nothing could keep them apart. They were opposites but they loved eachother, yin and yang. Marinette an intelligent, extroverted sunshine found by the league trained to kill but still sweet. Damian a smart introverted boy, raised in the leage to be the next leader he has a heart of thick ice only his sunshine can melt. One fateful day deathstroke attacked causing the fated duo to have to separate. Marinette was sent to live with ex-assasins in France while Damian was sent to Gotham with his father. Unknowing when they'd meet again they gave eachother something to remember them by. Years later Marinette is stuck in a class full of dumb sheep. During her stay in paris she had made friends, or so she thought till an attention seeking munipulator named Lie-la- I mean Lila. Her lies prove that they weren't, proves that they also aren't to smart considering one internet search can prove her wrong. Marinette looking for an exscape from her dense class she finds Bruce Wayne is hosting a class trip to Gotham. What needs to be done to enter just happens to be one of her specialities. The Emotional Turmoil of Damian Wayne | Damianette (Maribat)
Damian always assumed that the discomforting emotions he felt in Marinette's presence were because he couldn't stand the woman. However after an unlikely encounter in a darkened alley, Damian comes to the harrowing realisation that he has actually been in love with her the entire time. What's worse? Marinette is under the assumption that Damian hates her. Damian needs to fix this, if he can only figure out how to talk to her without dissolving into an emotional mess. Prompt: Imagine a world where we didn't hate each other. That would be so (fill in the blank) --- This is literally watching Damian turn into goo around Marinette after realizing he loves her.
