Izuku had a very dangerous quirk which could kill him, he got into a fight at a young age which set off his quirk and caused a serious couple of lacerations in his muscles which could've killed him. In the hospital they found out his quirk was a rare case between an emitter and a mutant, his body could transform into weapons and he could materialize weapons but the draw back was that it consumed the boys energy and when it could not be found in his stomach it started to damage muscles and cells and major organs which would end up killing the boy so instead of healing the damage muscle tissue they put an energy tank into his arm

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
