Mira Prasad, a woman in her early twenties works as a secretary for a construction company. One day she meets Max Woods after another night out. Max owns his own company and it turns out that the company she works for, is collaborating with Woods inc.
Max finds Mira very intriguing and wants to go out with her, but Mira isn't keen about wealthy men like Max. Because of their companies collaborating, she is forced to keep in contact with him.
He however is determined to conquer her heart and prove to her he is the very opposite of what she thinks about him and make her his.
Will Max succeed and win Mira's heart?
When he finally gets closer to her, his ex girlfriend, Claire, who is also Mira's friend, is trying to mess things up.
Meanwhile Mira is struggling to find her way to deal with her mother's mental illness and her father and brother who make everything ten times more difficult. They don't like the way how Mira lives her life and they definitely don't approve of her and Max dating.
Just when Mira is ready to commit to Max, his past catches on to him and a ghost from the past is there to get his revenge.
Is Mira, who struggles with trust issues and relationships in general, going to open up her heart to him? Will they ever find each other?
