A guy bestfriend is a girl's every dream but the most common nightmare.
No strings attatched, just a really caring best friend , not a clingy douchebag, he may be annoying at some point but you just get used to it because you've been bestfriends since like forever. He has a girlfriend, You have no life, then suprise suprise you're screwed! Hooray! What if you just notice your heart beat fast when you feel his arms pressed close to you, or just daydream when thinking about his dreamy eyes. But he just sees me as a friend. I hide it away, i try to ignore it and try to enjoy life. But the more i hide it, the more i want to scream it to the whole world. But i'm just his bestfriend. I'm supposed to make his life happy not destroy it. All I do is wait patiently, wait until it's my time to be staring at his eyes, but really i'm just the bestfriend beside the happy loving couple.

So here's the thing: I met this girl. I never expected to be this close to her. Eventually, she became my bestfriend. All I know is that when I'm around her, I have this funny feeling of having butterflies in my stomach and I'm very happy to be with her. I get excited when I see her or when I hear her name. Am I slowly falling in love with this girl? I think I am. But the scary thought of telling her my true feelings is haunting me every night. Not knowing what might her reaction be.
