Elliott gets offered a new job in a new state with better pay and better benefits doing the same job he was here. So after talking with his girlfriend Rosa they both decide to move their family out of hot and humid Arizona to beautiful and green Oregon. There Elliott befriends coworkers Noah and Liam who invite him to their weekly bbq. Elliott wanting to get comfortable in a new state agrees. So that weekend Elliott and his family Rosa and little Luna (3yrs old) all make the 10 min trip to Liam's home. Where they meet and become friends. Towards the end of the day as the women are cleaning up and the kids are settling after jumping around everywhere, Santiago ,Liam and Noah's friend arrives.
Santiago works as a mechanic in his own shop while owning 2 other shops around town. As soon as he lays his eyes on Rosa he feels as if his whole world finally is complete. As if the missing piece is now in his life. But after he sees Rosa and Elliott together his heart stops and he sees his world start to crumble.
