Imagine a world where stepping a single toe onto the earth or out of line means eternal darkness.
More than half of earth's population of living creatures has been wiped out by mysterious force called the Shadows. The government is trying to salvage what is left of earth but cannot do it without the help of the humans.
That is what everyone is told, but young Thana Corbes, heir to one of the most powerful companies in the Borderlands, can't help distrusting the dominant government and the feeling of unrest towards the shadows is getting stronger every day.

Resa: a story set in the world of 'the Balance'
It is Resa's birthday and she is 54 years old. She has one year left until she goes over and she has been perfectly happy for the past 37 years, never questioning whether or not she loves her husband or even likes her children. But now she does. She has heard that some run but most, pretty much all, just go over. They go peacefully but Resa cannot believe they go happily. Older than her husband, she must go alone. She is given a guide dog to help her to make sense of the transition, to be with her, to be the be the only thing she knows on the day she turns 55. She doesn't even know what to call it.Complete
The Perfect Human
This book is is written in the far future were war is raging throughout the world permanently halting all innovations. Humanity wanting to finally bring it all to an end only finds one way to solve it. End humanity as we know it. Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out. Imagine living in a world with a separate country where everyone is discriminated against the rest of the world for having the perfect mentality of a psycho due to chemicals exposed and experimented on far back into the bloodline as life itself? Unlike other countries these kids are forced to be contestants in a simulation game each sorted into a sect, determination, intellect, confidence, judgment and empathy whereas those from everywhere else could buy their way out or refuse, How do you think this story will end up? a story i wrote inspired by multiple dystopian stories such as, maze runner, the hunger games, divergent and even squid games where within the story my friends are the cast.

So that's just a part from the book! It's basically about Kate that was in a car accident and lost her mom but her dad left and doesn't want anything to do with them. It was a miracle that she even survived. So now she lives with her Grandparents and her identical twin brothers, Jake and Joshua both 9, and her little sister Ashley, age 7. And basically, her five best friends Paisley, Sarah, Scarlett, Bella, and Emy. Now, Kate doesn't know how she got out of that car reck. But on the first day as a Junior, she is drawn to a mysterious guy who seems to know everything about her. Now, she is seeing a whole new world that no one has ever discovered before... Will she be able to discover these new powers and save the rest of those she loves?Complete
Shattered
Fear is all Luna Gray has known, ever since her parents abandoned her in the dark forest at age eight. Every weather change makes her jump, every noise makes her scream, and every animal that crosses her path makes her kill. All hope is gone, replaced by torment and loss. She doesn't know where home is and she doesn't know how to get back. Not that her parents would want her anyways. Now at age seventeen Luna's grown up and she's made the forest her home, but still every noise heard causes her to tense, to make her believe that she is not alone and really she isn't alone. There are creatures crawling the forest ground. Creatures that Luna can't fight off on her own. Creatures that should not even be humanly possible. She has the really bad feeling that someone or something is with her more of a fear that their is something out there watching her and waiting for her to make a bad move and sadly enough her fear of that comes true and she never saw it coming, at least not this way.Complete
