9 years after she was attacked by a vampire, Sofia's life starts to seem semi-normal again. At 18 years of age, she still can't recall who rescued her from the vampire, or what happened to her parents or siblings, who disappeared when she was a child and have not shown themselves since. 

Life for young Sofia has always been strange. She can't remember anything from the vampire attack, and she has frequent blackouts and strange visions.
