House Mates

Bad owns a rather large house pretty close to a college, he inherited it from his very loving father who had passed 2 years before. It had 4 rooms on the top floor, 1 bathroom on the top floor, a master bedroom on the main floor with a master bath with another bath, and 2 bedrooms in the basement with 1 and 1/2 baths.
Since he's in the perfect place to and of the perfect age for college he decides to rent some of his rooms to other college kids.

George finds the add and since he labeled it as fairly cheap and they'd need the most money they could get he contacted the boy renting the room for him and his friend Clay.

Nick's friend Dave sent him the add. Nick was skeptical at first but it was better than continuing his lease with his abusive now ex-girlfriend.

Zak met Bad online, they became quick friends. He told Bad about his mom threatening to kick him out again and Bad offered up him stay with him and his housemates. "I mean, I do have 7 rooms and only 4 people filling it!" Bad had laughed.
